Numerical Analysis

Numerical solution of equations and systems of equations; numerical integration and solving differential equations; methods of interpolation, extrapolation and curve-fitting; error analysis. Methods will be illustrated by exercises requiring the use of a computer. Exclusions: MA307, PC315, CP315, MA371, MA571, or equivalent.
